Bauer Infrastructure Services was built by Courtney and Layla to give delivery teams the streetworks support they actually need: practical, responsive and easy to deal with.
Between them, they understand the pressure behind every permit. There are teams waiting to mobilise, dates that move, authorities that need answers and clients expecting the work to keep progressing. That is why Bauer was created around real delivery experience rather than a one-size-fits-all process.
Courtney and Layla work directly with contractors, installers and infrastructure businesses to manage the administration behind their works. From the initial permit application through to authority liaison, live notices, variations, extensions and reinstatement registration, they provide a clear point of contact throughout the permit lifecycle.

- Do you take over our Works Promoter responsibilities?
- We act as your administrative agent. Applications are submitted under your or your appointed promoter’s registration. Responsibility for the works and compliance on site remains with your delivery organisation.
- Do you offer out-of-hours support?
- Yes, where cover is agreed in advance. Please discuss the programme with us before the works begin so we can confirm availability, scope and charges.
- Can you support works across the UK?
- Tell us where your works are planned. We’ll confirm the relevant application route, authority requirements and scope of support for each location.
